We had a great response to the newsletter in which I announced I was back and running the show at Clear Medicine and that I was interested in offering a free Zoom session if any of you were interested. We will be hosting this FREE webinar soon.

- Where is a good place to start if you want to lose weight and feel better?(For example, is the Hormone Diet the guide, your detox plan, fasting)

- I am very interested in lectures about how to sleep well - fall asleep fast and slip solidly through the night (I don't like to use the words "how to cure insomnia"; however, that is what I am trying to solve.
- Managing menopause symptoms without HRT (hormone therapy)
- Managing weight gain during menopause and body composition
- The impacts of alcohol during menopause
- Increasing your metabolic rate during menopause
- The benefits and disadvantages of fasting during menopause and after 40, 50...
- The best morning shake recipe
- Getting peptides in – best choices and how to use collagen
- And how to use creatine – is it beneficial? Does it cause bloating?
- Thinking of ordering AG1 but I'm not sure if that product is worth the hype?
- Hormonal support for men as they age, as well as on combating stress. – we can talk for both men and women – my top 5 suggestions to start right away!
- information is key and hard to find nowadays esp. as it relates to women under stress, during peri and menopause and for those with thyroid issues. Example: in peri-menopause with thyroid challenges and should you do intermittent fasting?
I am menopausal now myself – I just had body composition testing (muscle and fat percentage), blood work, cardiac testing, bone density scan – and more that I want to share with you. The results are proof of the effectiveness of my menopause program.
