Shipping & Returns

Please note that products are shipped out from our Toronto head office on Tuesdays and Fridays via Canada Post.

LISTED PRICES

Please note we are a Canadian company and all charges are made in Canadian funds. If you are an international customer from USA or are in Canada and use an American IP address, you will see the price of items listed in your local currency upon checkout. Once the order is completed and paid it will be converted to Canadian dollars.

Your credit card company is responsible for issuing the conversion back from CAD to USD.

ORDERS TYPICALLY SHIP

1-6 business days within Canada
7-14 business days within the United States.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot make changes to the destination address once the order has been accepted by Canada Post, and if the address provided is incorrect you may be subjected to additional fees. You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

Standard shipping in Canada is approximately $12 - $25.
Canadian orders over $250 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Any orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery. 

Shipping to the United States ranges from $19 - $30 (in Canadian funds).
American orders over $350 (in Canadian funds) automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping charges are dependent on the weight of the parcel and the destination address. All orders are shipped via CANADA POST.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Unfortunately we can not guarantee how long shipping will take with international orders. We recommend choosing the Xpresspost option.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. During sale periods, processing times may take longer. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the first upcoming regular business day. We reserve the right to make delivery in installments based on product supply. Delivery times provided are estimates only and commence from the ship date.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Canada Post with a tracking number and an expected delivery date.
For orders shipping within Canada: Enter your tracking number at www.canadapost.ca for up-to-date details regarding your shipment.
For orders shipping to the United States: Enter your tracking number at www.canadapost.ca for details regarding your shipment before it passes the border, and www.usps.com for details once it has crossed the border.

REFUSING SHIPMENT

In the unlikely event that your shipped items arrives in a damaged condition, please call our Orders Administrator at (416) 579-9105, so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unopened products in their original condition up to 90 days after the date of purchase.
Opened or used products are not within our return guidelines.
Sale items cannot be returned.
Refunded products are subject to a 10% restocking fee OR a store credit can be issued without the restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders paid through PayPal can not be refunded, instead a store credit will be issued.
It can take 1–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

To return product(s):
Contact our orders team at orders@clearmedicine.com with the details of the return. Please be sure to include:

  • Order number
  • Expiry date of the product
  • Lot number of the product
  • Reason you are returning the product

You will then be provided instructions on how to send the package back to us.
Once we receive the package please expect one to two weeks for it to be processed and for you to receive your refund or credit.
If the return is a result of our error (i.e. we sent you an incorrect product) then the cost of shipping is 100% our responsibility. If you aren't happy with your product for any reason, then the cost of shipping is will be deducted from your refund amount.
